We carry Lib Technologies/ Gnu (Mervin MFG) for multiple reasons. Mervin are innovators, they invented magna traction, which is now on almost every board on the market and many other groundbreaking base cambers all while pioneering green and environmentally responsiable building technologies. 

   The Mervin brains of Mike Olsen and Peter Saari are not scared to introduce new thoughts into the snowboard recipe. They started building Gnu in the early 80's with the Hyper carves and Anti gravity, which by the way had horrible ankle breaker bindings. Today they build awesome wake surf and surfboards, which are some of the most innovative and durable construction out there.

  Mervin's birthplace is the northwest and they still are made just outside Seattle where they are Proud Of their Made in the USA mantra. Lib Technologies has a rich history of awesome snowboarders like Matt and Temple Cummings, Barret Christy and Jamie Anderson, and of course the all around amazing snowboarder Travis Rice.

 We are proud to have a Partnership with Mervin for the last 19 Years and look forward to more rad, weird stuff to come out of their brands! The Mervin cult following continues!
