We are a small shop and that gives us the ability to ship things extremely quickly. Most of the time they leave that day if your order is placed by 2pm PST. So be careful when you place your order that it’s correct because it can leave our door quick. We also do our best to be green and reuse packaging and or stuffing. Sometimes you’ll get a package with a reused box. We don’t print packing slips because that is a waste of paper. Order placed before noon Monday – Saturday usually ship same day. We use USPS and UPS and will use whatever option is best and fastest to you. We offer 2 Day shipping and orders must be placed before 12pm PST or it will ship the nest business day. Example: Orders placed on Saturday at 3pm with expedited shipping will ship Monday (unless day is a federal holiday)
We want you to be happy with the equipment you receive from us. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days of new, unused items with original packaging and tags. Shipping will be the responsibly of the buyer. Items that meet date and quality requirements will receive a full refund upon inspection. Items that do not will be returned to buyer at buyers’ expense. Please contact us before shipping any items back.
NOTE: REFUNDS ON BOOTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A HANDLING FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ORGINAL SHIPPING AMOUNT TO YOU AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
