Refund policy

We want you to be happy with the equipment you receive from us. Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of new, unused items with original packaging and tags. Shipping will be the buyer's responsibility. Items that meet date and quality requirements will receive a full refund upon inspection. Items that qualify for free shipping will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping. Items that do not will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Please contact us before shipping any items back, and be sure to include your name and order number. When returning shipping items, please write the order number on the outside of the box.
